吃在浪漫的湖大印象吧 Restaurant: Hú Dà Yìnxiàng Ba (湖南,长沙)
湖南, 长沙 — 今天早上,我到了长沙,感觉很饿。在长沙居然没有供背包客们居住的hostel,在Hostelworld.com上也找不到一个。有没有可能有人抓住这个机会开一个呢?华天之星酒店位于著名的莫泰168大厦的第五层,住在这里我有点感觉自己在北京Being John Malkovich的7½层。
因为在这个城市里没有一个认识的人,我们只好通过我们很喜欢的点评网来了解信息。长沙人似乎不太喜欢用这个网站,以至于麦当劳和肯德基排在了前25名。最终,我们找到了一个坐落在湖南大学附近的岳麓山上的一个美丽的地方-湖大印象吧,据说最适合情侣们约会。根据点评网友们的推荐,我们分享了下面三道菜。
我想知道为什么这道菜有湖南特征呢。我认为白萝卜炖猪骨头汤是中国很多家庭都喜欢的一道菜。我的妈妈来自菲律宾,也是不用红辣椒做装饰能做出和它几乎一样的菜。吃起来胃很舒服,味道也很好,我们点的另外两道菜都辣,平衡一下。
哇!我以前总是习惯吃过北京的烤鸭片,而这个手撕鸭太让人回味和惊讶了,居然完整的躺在浅盘子里。有大蒜的味道,也有辣味,但是不是很重,我真的很喜欢。皮酥肉紧。我不知道它的口感是不是就是这样的,但是我觉得应该是这样,因为在点评网上是很受欢迎的一道菜。
大漠羊排额外有点辣,我在想这是不是我一直等待的湖南辣呢?这些羊排吃起来要和手撕鸭一样吃起来要用力,肉也不多。然后,味道很不错,我很愿意啃骨头,并把啃过的骨头堆在我的盘子里。
湖大印象吧所在的地方确实很浪漫,适合约会。外面正下着雨,校园里一片青翠茂盛。这是不是表示着我在湖南学习旅程的一个有意思的开始呢!

It’s really a pity that you didn’t know anyone in Hunan, and what’s more, there are much more delicious food in the little restaurents. I love the Hunan foods, which is, maybe you have already known, one of the eight traditions in China.
