Wrinkle-free Wonton Noodles

SINGAPORE – I’d read about it the Hemispheres mag’ on the plane, but I never thought I’d experience it — Collagen meals. On Orchard Street, I order a bowl of 拉面 (lāmiàn, hand-pulled noodles) fortified with collagen. Pudong Wanton Noodle Soup at The Eastern Restaurant promises beauty and my bowl of collagen was fairly delicious, but I can’t help wondering if Tyler Durden from Fight Club is behind this in all his ironic glory.

Hey Shanti, tried this noodles too! Please feature the other food we discovered here in Singapore! Mwah
