Beijing, China — Last Saturday, I ‘popped’ into Kupa Studio’s Sky Light Pop Up Café during Beijing Design week. Co-founder, Rania Ho, invited me to cook what I please. I felt inspired! Come share the inspiration this weekend as I share one of my favorite recipes from Guangdong — Sand Ginger Chicken (沙姜焗鸡).
More eats and drinks to snack on; last weekend, the pop up café had real tacos cooked by Perri Dong! Spring rolls from Susu Vietnamese Restaurant, Perri Dong’s homemade tacos, select homemade baked goods from the Arrow Factory Bake Shop, coffee from Rickshaw Roasters, and more!
